The Paleo Diet: Day 19
Today’s Meals
Breakfast:

- 2 bananas
- 1/4 of a pineapple
- 1/2 of a mango
Snack:
- 1 apple
- 1/4c of walnuts
- 1/4c of cranberries
Lunch:
No picture today. Use your imagination on what this would look like.
- 4 oz turkey breast
- Leftover mango and cucumber salad
Dinner (Open):
Nichole and I are going south tonight and all day tomorrow to visit Nichole’s parents. What this means is that we are at the mercy of her Mom’s cooking, which is excellent. I know tonight we are having Mexican and margaritas. Then, tomorrow, Nichole’s Dad and I are working on my truck; therefore, whatever Nichole’s Mom makes for me is what I’m eating. Enjoy your weekend!
